The Opportunity

Agents.compass.com was outdated and did not align with the Growth team’s goals and recruitment approach. The overall lack of strategy and valuable content failed to convey our key differentiators and benefits to new agents.

The Solution

We built a new agent-recruitment site firmly rooted in case studies and testimonials that clearly communicate the Compass Advantage.

We defined the Compass Advantage using the most effective Growth team talk tracks, and simplified it to four key pillars. The new site tracks leads’ interests, provides information to support Sales outreach calls, and shortens the conversion cycle for Growth.
